What to Expect
I will arrive at your home 30 minutes prior to the massage session to set up the room. We will discuss your needs, expectations and any questions that you may have for the session. During the entirety of the session you will be appropriately covered with sheets so you feel secure and comfortable. Always undress to your own comfort level.
After the session is over we will discuss areas that need more attention and your satisfactory of service. Based on your own needs I will recommend number of sessions that would benefit you as well as educate you on self care.
In-Studio Massages
I will be offering massages out of my home in Biddeford ME. I will provide you with the exact address once the session is booked. Please reach out via email, text, or phone call to book a massage, which you can find a the bottom of the website. My schedule is flexible monday-friday so we can figure out a day and time to schedule the massage.
About ME
I strive to live a healthy life style and enjoy spending my free time at the gym, playing volleyball and staying active.
Experience
I have been working as a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) in outpatient care for the past 5 years. I have gained hands on experience working with individuals who are dealing with injuries, pain and limitations. Becoming licensed in massage therapy has allowed me to branch off from physical therapy and create my own business dedicated to helping others.
Credentials:
Licensures: PTA and Massage Therapist.
Certifications: Myofascial release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and rock tape practitioner
